The General Medical Council expects all doctors to seek anonymised feedback from patients and colleagues with a view to improving services/practice at least once every 5 years. I periodically collect feedback using a standard questionnaire used widely in NHS.
The NHS Trusts use third-party systems to acquire confidential feedback. The 2018 feedback was collated by the Royal College of Psychiatrist feedback system.
